For the past 25 years, I have lived IT from the inside out, supporting, advising, and running high-performing IT teams for Fortune 500 companies, small business enterprises, and nonprofit organizations.
I've witnessed firsthand how a lack of clarity and understanding around business-technology relationships and dependencies within a company can lead to poor IT performance, and ultimately, poor business performance.
So, when I launched Better Business Technology I knew that I needed to have a solution that would help small and mid-sized companies have more productive conversations around IT, so they could make smarter technology decisions and achieve better business outcomes.

Is an annual contract required?
No. Our standard operating agreement comes with a 30-day out clause. Meaning, you are free to leave any time with a 30-day notice.
